Montgomery County Dept. of A&I Trail Junction Center (TJC) Construction Services

Project Description: Originally constructed in 1934, the building has been unoccupied for many years and the interior along with the majority of the façade openings required extensive upgrades to provide adaptive services in the future. The County purchased the property in 2007 and provided upgrades to the site to serve as the intersection of the Schuylkill River Trail (SRT) and the Chester Valley Trail (CVT), two regional trails heavily used by bicyclists and pedestrians. The County has enlisted architectural and landscape architect design specialists to develop construction documents for necessary building and site renovations to provide amenities for trail users and other community services.
