Montgomery County Center for Adolescent Services Security System Upgrades

Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2025-0005 - Montgomery County Center for Adolescent Services Security System Upgrades . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 .

The CAS consists of 4 units containing secured rooms for occupants. Each unit contains an entry door and room doors with a manual and electronic lock assembly. The base bid for the project involves 2 of the 4 units (2 entry doors and 31 room doors), removing existing lock assemblies and replacing in kind, with Airteq Motorlock 9524 models, or an approved equivalent. Alternate #1 and Alternate #2 involve an additional entry door and 10 room doors for each Alternate. The project consists of assuring each door is restored to the required full functionality.
