Summary

Montgomery County, Ohio, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for PP-2025-0035 - Montgomery County Administration Building Escalator Removal . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 .

Removal of two (east and west) escalators, each serving the Plaza, Mezzanine, and Lower Level floors of the Montgomery County Administration Building and replacing both escalators with ornamental stairs. In addition to the escalator/stair scope, this project will include updates and improvements of each access area (Plaza, Mezzanine, Lower Level Lobbies).
