Montgomery County A&I Weapons Training Facility – Subsidence Mitigation & Site Repair - Phase 2

Project Description: The Phase 2 project involves restoration and replacement of asphalt paving adjacent to the Weapons Training Facility along with new curbing, stormwater management features and miscellaneous site work. The work is a continuation of the construction improvement program commenced in 2024 to address infrastructure damage caused by ongoing ground settlement. While the Phase 1 project involved mitigation measures targeting the building's perimeter and basement level - as well as wholesale replacement of stormwater piping - the Phase 2 project primarily seeks to restore driveways and parking areas to their original condition.
