Request for Proposals: Monitoring of Vegetative Debris Removal & Disposal from Hurricane Helene
In accordance with its various procurement and purchasing policies, the McIntosh County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids/proposals from qualified vendors for the monitoring of vegetative debris removal and disposal from Hurricane Helene. A copy of the RFP can be picked up at The McIntosh County Board of Commissioners Administrative Office located at 1200 North Way, Darien, GA 31305 or at www.mcintoshcountyga.com. Bids will be accepted up to and until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at the offices of the McIntosh County Board of Commissioners (P. O. Box 584) 1200 Northway, Darien, Georgia, 31305. All bids/proposals must include FEMA approved methods of monitoring the removal & disposal of vegetative debris. All bids/proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked ¿Monitoring of Vegetative Debris Removal & Disposal Proposal.¿ No bids will be accepted after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024. It is anticipated that the bids will be opened immediately after the deadline and contracts awarded at a later date.
Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
The McIntosh County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
