Description:	OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to Dynamic Education Consulting & Solutions, LLC to complete duties on monitoring and approval methods for nonpublic agencies (NPAs). Specifically under this contract, the Contractor will: Provide Systems-Level Technical Assistance and Consultation on the Implementation of OSPI NPA Field Guide; technical assistance and consultation to OSPI, ESDs, and LEAs; Create Policy and Funding documentation; etc.
