The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites proposals for:

"MONDAY MEALS FOR PLEASANT STREET CENTER" Contract No. 24-19

The TOWN OF READING, the Awarding Authority, invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for prepared meals for senior citizens at the “Monday Meals for Pleasant Street Center” at 49 Pleasant Street, Reading MA.

It is the responsibility of prospective proposers and or bidders to check the Town of Reading’s website for new information, any addenda, or modifications to any solicitation.

Proposals with separate, sealed price proposals will be received, by mail or in person, until 10AM on Thursday, April 25 ^th , 2024 at the TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE, Reading Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, MA 01867. The proposal must clearly state on the exterior that it is for RFP# 24-19 Monday Meals for Pleasant Street Center. Proposals received after the above time and date will be rejected. Emailed and/or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

This contract is being awarded under the provisions of MGL c 30B to the proposal that is most advantageous to the Town of Reading, taking into consideration all evaluation criteria including price.

The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award, or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town’s and/or the public’s best interest.
