The Monaco Fire Support Advantage Program is required to continue software updates, maintenance, and training on existing D-21 Emergency Management System at both the 139th Fire Department and redundant client located at the 139th Civil Engineering Facility. The base adopted the Monaco Fire Alarm System as the standard for all buildings. It is advantageous to the governments to maintain a single propriety system based on the ease of maintenance and operation.
