The Missouri Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. located at 14820 E Sprague Ave, Spokane, WA 99216-2191. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 and the size standard is $22,000,000.00. Monaco Enterprises, Inc. installed the Emergency Alarm System at the Fire House during initial construction and has maintained and managed it for the duration. They have access to remote into the system, install software updates as necessary, provide priority response, provide training to operators of the system, and provide warranty on the equipment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide preventative maintenance on the D-21 Emergency Management system both at the 139th Fire Department and redundant client at the the139th Civil Engineering facility. Annual on-site service for the D-21 systems. Continued training for operators and administrators of the equipment. On-site and seminar classes to be provided when on-site service is provided. Priority issue resolution when problems occur. Software updates for all Monaco installed systems. The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302- 1(a), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The proposed Monaco Preventative Maintenance effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. Interested parties must submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, to TSgt Amanda Glise (816-236-3032) not later than 12:00 P.M Monday 15 May 2025 at amanda.glise@us.af.mil. It is the responsibility of any interested party to confirm the capability statement was received by points of contact. Please reference this posting in the subject line of all email messages.
