Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but not limited to general requirements of the contract work, site demolition and removal, selective demolition/removal of existing exterior and interior conditions, In addition, cast-in place concrete, concrete and masonry repairs, unit masonry assemblies, structural metal framing, structural metal, and metal fabrications, will be in scope. Other improvements consist of but not limited to are wood treatment, rough carpentry, building insulation, flashing and sheet metal, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, FRP doors, access doors and frames, door hardware, and glazing. Interior items consist of but not limited to gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient tile floor, and painting. General electrical requirements, electrical work, underground electrical work, interior lighting, and exterior lighting is a part of the project.
