Description
Project Description: The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide
Construction services for the Forsyth County – Molly View Point Water Line Upgrade including
the following major components:
1. New approximately 2,000-ft transmission main along Molly View Point from stub-out on
Mayfield Drive to stub-out at Molly View Tank.
2. Associated paving and other improvements.
3. Provision of project record documents, including drawings, operations and maintenance
manuals and other documents.
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the Forsyth County
Department of Water and Sewer, Molly View Point Water Tank, 6850 Molly View Point, Cumming, GA
30041.
All work to be completed within 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
