MODULAR STEEL VEHICULAR PANEL BRIDGES

SCOPE
This tender consists of the design, detailing, supply, fabrication, surface preparation, coating, and delivery of all components, including hardware required for two (2) pre-engineered, prefabricated modular steel vehicular panel bridge superstructures including base plates. No substitutions will be permitted.

See attached document.

SUBMITTALS
The supplier shall, at the time of Tender Submission, include Preliminary General Arrangement Drawings of the Superstructure for each individual bridge. Prior to award, the supplier shall supply design calculations including those for fatigue for review by the Owner.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid based on the Lump Sum Price of all items listed below as specified in the specifications meeting all requirements. The labor, equipment and materials required for, but not limited to, the design, detailing, supply (fabrication and surface preparation and coating), loading, shipping, and delivery of the complete steel superstructure, in accordance with this tender.

DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
The Supplier shall deliver the goods on or before May 31, 2025 to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Rivière-Verte Maintenance Depot, located at 79 Davis Road, Rivière-Verte, NB, E7C 3E9.

Bids MUST include pricing for delivery to this address. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.

REQUIREMENTS
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOW.
