The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Drake-Scruggs Equipment, can provide MoDOT's SL District with a new VERSALIFT VST-50-TN, non-insulated 49' 11" (15.2 m) telescopic articulating aerial platform lift, 54' 11" (16.7 m) working height with a horizontal reach of 30' 7" on a 2022 Ford F-550 4x2 cab and 84” CA chassis because supplies are proprietary and only available from a single distributor for a limited time. MoDOT must take possession of the unit by June 1, 2024. This vehicle is available for immediate delivery. This will be a onetime purchase for the specified equipment.
