The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, can provide MoDOT SE District with (1) one used 2022 John Deere 6120R Cab Tractor which was previously leased by the Department now being sold to the Department at a discount below current market value.
