MoDOT Multimodal Purchase of Narrow and Wide Cutaway Buses

This Invitation for Bids seeks qualified organizations to provide the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Multimodal with current model year, or newer, modified Narrow and Wide Cutaway Body Buses for the State Transit Program. The contract(s) shall commence from the executed contract date through November 30, 2025, with four (4) one-year renewal options. All questions and issues should be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the due date of the solicitations. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record five (5) days before the bid closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
