In accordance with FAR 6.103-1 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11) entitles “Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements.” Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a modification of PO 70B03C25P00000654 with Business and Engineering Systems Corp, 20098 Ashbrook PL, STE 200, Ashburn, VA 20147 for 10 ea. additional (Redacted) software licenses and support for the USBP Headquarters Intelligence, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington DC 20004.
