Modern Woodmen Ballpark Flood and Structural Maintenance Projects

The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Modern Woodmen Ballpark Flood and Structural Maintenance Project. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for railing removal and reinstallation, slope protection, erosion control, temporary fencing, chain link fencing, structural concrete, PCC Pavement, drain tiling and other appurtenant items needed to repair and maintain existing facilities in these designated areas.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on January 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Modern Woodmen Park, located at 209 Gaines Street, Davenport, IA 52802. This will be a time to visit the project locations, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
