**** Addendum No. 1 - Issued October 3, 2025 ****
I. The State extends the due date and time of the Solicitation from October 15, 2025, 2:00 PM CT to October 28, 2025, 2:00 PM CT.
II. Below are the State’s responses to questions received by the deadline stated in the solicitation.
Q1. Can the Warranty information be just on attachments and noted as “See Attached”? As with all the items there is not a blanket its fully covered for X-Time. Some have only certain items that are covered by the Manufacturer warranty.
A1. Yes, Responder(s) can note on the Price Schedule that the Warranty Information will be on another attachment which must be included with your response. The Warranty Information can be added to the Bid Tab response requesting Exhibit D – Price Schedule.
**** END OF ADDENDUM **** THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE. The purpose of the Solicitation is contract with a responder(s) to provide Mobile Traffic Control and Safety Devices, A-210(5), which may be purchased by State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as needed basis.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will take place as a Virtual Meeting on September 23, 2025, at 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Attendance is optional but strongly recommended. Responders are encouraged to register by sending an email to karen.mcintyre@state.mn.us at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to receive an invitation.
QUESTIONS. If you have questions about the contents of the RFP, you must submit your questions to Karen McIntyre at karen.mcintyre@state.mn.us by 3:00 PM on September 29, 2025.
For questions about the SWIFT Supplier Portal, please contact the Vendor Help Desk at 651-201-8100, option 1.
