Description

The American Consulate General, Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:





MOBILE TELEPHONE (CELL PHONE) SERVICES FOR U.S. EMBASSY OUAGADOUGOU BURKINA FASO



The solicitation may result in the award of one (1) firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract in the second quarter of calendar year 2025. It is anticipated that the IDIQ contract will be of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years.



The successful contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to U.S. Embassy Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. The Contractor shall provide complete cellular network communications services for the U.S. Embassy in Ouagadougou, calls within Burkina Faso, international calls with the USA, all European countries, and all other worldwide countries, international roaming, internet access services and customer service.



Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English.



The solicitation document will be posted on SAM.gov as soon as it becomes available.



Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America.



This requirement is being fulfilled utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition is full and open.
