Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide a comprehensive mobile security unit on a monthly rental basis. The unit must be equipped with high-resolution thermal imaging and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera technology and capable of delivering 24/7 remote monitoring, real-time video streaming and seamless integration with law enforcement dispatch system. The mobile security unit should be designed for rapid deployment and reliable operation in extreme desert temperatures and severe monsoon weather conditions, ensuring uninterrupted performance in all environments.
