The U.S. Embassy in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive mobile telephone and data services for official use. The contract shall cover standard mobile services as well as Temporary Additional Services, such as SIM or eSIM cards with fixed daily rates for special events and temporary needs.
The Contractor shall provide:
- Reliable mobile voice and data services for the Embassy's operations.
- Monthly invoicing for standard services performed satisfactorily.
- Temporary Additional Services, which may be required for special events and must be provided on an as-needed basis, with a 24/7 availability requirement and a four-hour response time when ordered by the Contracting Officer.
- Invoicing requirements that include itemized details of Temporary Additional Services, associated materials (if applicable), and a copy of the Contracting Officer’s written authorization.
- Non-subcontractable work: The Contractor must directly perform all services outlined in the contract.
The mobile service must include the following features:
- Unlimited calls within Switzerland and to the EU and USA.
- Unlimited 5G data within Switzerland.
- Unlimited calls while in the EU and USA.
- 20GB of 5G roaming data per month in the EU and USA.
- Self-service activation for new services and features.
Pre-Award Conference will be held on April 14, 2025, at 14:00 at the U.S. Embassy Bern. Contractors desiring to attend the Pre-Award Conference should contact BernGSOContracting@state.gov by April 11, 2025, at 17:00 to register their attendance.
