Description

The City of Houston (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a complete pay-by-phone and pay-by-text Mobile Parking Payment (MPP) system for all ParkHouston operated paid parking spaces. The City is also soliciting proposals for an MPP system aggregator to collect, manage, and present the transactional and revenue data from the multiple MPP systems. The City intends to issue a contract with one (1) MPP system aggregator and up to three (3) contracts for MPP systems procured through this RFP.
