The FDOR requires secure on-site shredding services to protect confidential taxpayer and client information. The Department desires two options for end-user offices: Scheduled Mobile On-Site Shredding Services, and On-Demand Mobile On-Site Shredding Services. The contract(s) will be awarded to a single or to multiple Contractor(s), by county, as is deemed to be in the best interest of the FDOR.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3) F.S. or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 F.S.
