The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Revise the salient characteristics of the LED screen from a 22 - 23 foot-long by 14 – 15 foot-high LED screen to 23 - 24 foot-long by 13 –15 foot-high LED screen.

2. Change the Offer Due Date/ Local Time from 4 November 2024 by 2:00 PM EST to 5 November, 2024 by 2:00 PM EST.

3. Clarify that 2 documents must be submitted: the 1st document should include pricing inf ormation, and the 2nd document should be a technical document detailing the specifications of the Screen and the audio system offered.

Note: Evaluation criteria is Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
