The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.
Vendors are required to return a signed solicitation and any supporting documents to larissa.v.benoit.civ(at)us.navy.mil. Any questions shall be sent electronically to the identified email address aforementioned. DO NOT submit any documents via NECO as it is not guaranteed that it will be successfully routed to the correct channels.

All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall be registered in SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any resultant contract from the expected solicitation.

Lack of an active registration in the SAM database will automatically make an offer ineligible for award.

Payment will be submitted thru Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
