Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 12/17/2024 for Bid # 24-275: Renovations and Refurbishment of One (1) Existing Mobile Primary Health Care Vehicle .
