Mobile Aviation Fuel Services

The Ministry of Forests, BC Wildfire Service, invites interested parties to submit Responses for the provision of Mobile Aviation Fuel Services. The Services include providing, and the storing, handling, transporting, and dispensing of mobile aviation fuel in accordance with the CSA B836:22 in locations throughout the Province of British Columbia. These services are further described in section 3.3 of this RSA.

The Mobile Aviation Fuel Services are to be provided on an as, if and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of Service Requests that may be requested from a Contractor over the term. A Standing Arrangement established pursuant to this RSA does not confer an exclusive right to provide the Mobile Aviation Fuel Services to the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure the Mobile Aviation Fuel Services by any other means, including use of other agreements, or by other procurement or contracting methods.

The Province intends to enter into Standing Arrangements with all Respondents who meet all mandatory criteria, pass all qualification criteria and propose pricing as required. The anticipated term of each Standing Arrangement is from the date of execution to March 31,2026. Each Standing Arrangement will contain an option to extend whereby the Ministry reserves the right, at its sole option, to extend the Standing Arrangement for up to one additional, one-year period, on the same terms and conditions. The Rates may be adjusted in accordance with the change to the BC Consumer Price Index for the additional year immediately preceding the term as set out in section 18.24 of the Standing Arrangement.
