The City (“City”) of Mobile is seeking sealed proposals from transportation providers to provide a shuttle service on cruise ship passenger embarkation/debarkation days (“cruise days”) for the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal (MACT).  The selected contractor will provide a shuttle service for debarking and embarking cruise ship passengers and their luggage between the MACT at 201 South Water St, Mobile, AL 36602 and the terminal’s overflow parking lot located 200 South Claiborne Street. This service will be provided to passengers arriving and departing on primarily 6 and 8-day cruise excursions aboard the Carnival Spirit from the MACT.

Proposals are due by Thursday, August 14, 2025.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
