Moberly Fire Station #2

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Moberly Fire Department is proposing to replace the existing Fire Station 2 with a new fire station to be located at 1445 Morley Street. The station will have 3 drive through bays with living accommodation for fire crews and offices. The station will be approximately 7,700 s.f.. Additionally the project with include purchase and installation of pre-fabricated fire training tower to be located on site.

PROCUREMENT TIMETABLE:
Pre-Bid Briefing: April 21, 2026; 10 AM at City Hall (101 W Reed St.) - Council Chambers.
Last Request for Substitution Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids.
Last Request for Information Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids.
Bid Due Date: 05-13-2026, before 2 PM local time.
Bid Opening: Same day, immediately after bid submittal; bids will be read aloud in Council Chambers.
Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 90 days after due date.
Contract Time: To be stated in bid documents.
Desired Substantial Completion Date: Not later than 360 calendar days from Notice of Award.
The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
