PURPOSE:
The State requires a lodging room block on August 10-13, 2025 (4 nights) for the MnDOT 2025 TMT Conference. Detailed specifications can be found in Exhibit C, and Exhibit C - Supplement 1 of the Sample Contract.

LIMITATIONS ON GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: This conference will be held at St. Cloud MnDOT Headquarters, located at 3725 12th St. N., St. Cloud, MN 56303. The hotel must be located within 5.0 miles or less from the St. Cloud MnDOT Headquarters location, and a full-service dining facility must be within a ¼ mile walking distance from the hotel. Distance will be measured using Google Maps™.
