PURPOSE:
The purpose of this solicitation is for the Department of Transportation Office of Materials and Road Research to receive responses and award a contract with a supplier to provide Central Mining Equipment Augers per the specifications MnDOT APPROVE EQUAL in the attached Sample Contract, Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. QUESTIONS:
Questions should be emailed to the contact in the doc+I5ument: 1 of 3 MnDOT RFB, page 3 of 9, by 2:00 PM Central Time, November 7, 2024. Other personnel are not authorized to answer questions regarding this Solicitation.

3. Sample Contract RESPONSES:
Responses received after End Date will not be considered, even if errors or delays were caused by issues outside of responders’ control.
