THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase 36 individual Elk Gates and 7 Walk Through Gates to Department of Natural Resource Fish and Wildlife Division. These will be used to safely contain wild elk and to be delivered to Cloquet MN.
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Elk Gates for an order at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to Jeeneng.vang@state.mn.us no later than July 22, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
