MLK Holiday Celebration Live Streaming, Close-Captioning, and Translation Services

The Minnesota Department of Administration, The Office of Equity, Opportunity, and Accessibility in the Office of the Governor and Lt. Governor, intends to livestream the 2026 Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Event being held at the Ordway Center for Performing Arts in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

The Minnesota Department of Administration, The Office of Equity, Opportunity, and Accessibility in the Office of the Governor and Lt. Governor (Agency), intends to enter into an agreement with TPT, for up to 4 months to provide livestream production and technical assistance expertise, a dedicated web-based platform to stream the video, provide close-captioning services or utilize on-site captioning technology, and provide translations in Spanish, Somali, and Hmong.

The Agency determined that TPT is the only commercially available service provider that meets the Agency’s business needs. This is deemed a single source purchase because the Ordway Center for Performing Arts video production, streaming capabilities, and equipment is managed and is solely distributed and supported by TPT and is not available from other third parties.
