MLK (FM 112) Sidewalk Improvements Project

The project work includes Construction of a 5-foot-wide sidewalk along FM 112 (E MLK Jr Blvd.) from Main St. to S Robinson St. and along S Robinson St. from FM 112 (E MLK Jr Blvd.) to 100-feet north of the UPRR Crossing, including drainage culverts, culvert extensions, storm sewer inlet, minor asphalt paving, and driveway reconstruction, and sidewalk improvements at Robinson Park.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Taylor City Hall, Attn: Purchasing Agent, located at 400 Porter Street, Taylor Texas 76574, until August 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in person and via an MS Teams video conference. The proposals shall be sealed. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via MS Teams on August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site as needed.
