MKT Trail and Mars Drive Landscaping

Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-035, MKT Trail and Mars Drive Landscaping. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., WAS: Wednesday, July 02, 2025; NOW June 30, 2025. The dual effort of the City of Waco and TxDOT project will consist of Landscaping along MKT Trail (Sherman Street to Gholson Road) and along Mars Drive (Hewitt Drive to Texas Central Parkway). Projects include installation of numerous trees and an irrigation system (MKT) and installation of trees, irrigation system, sod, and plantings (Mars Dr.).
