Includes:
> Oversight and coordination of Aircraft Mission Suite Equipment,
Downlink Receive Sites
> 24/7/365 live technical support
> Unlimited service calls with a tech on-site within 3 business days of
repair request.
> On-site system and operational training for agency personnel.
> Comprehensive and ongoing training to operate mission suite solution
with maximum ease and efficiency.
> Training courses are done at CUSTOMER facility with CUSTOMER
equipment and offer a hands-on learning experience that includes an
in-depth review of all equipment, system functionality, user interface, and
routine maintenance procedures.
> Valid transfers of OEM factory warranties from new equipment
> All parts and labor to repair or replace defective components covered
by factory warranty plus expedited factory service from OEMs (This
does not apply to systems out of warranty)
> Technical and operational consultation services for Local, State and
Federal agencies.
Term: 7/1/2025 - 6/30/2026

BRAND NAME OR APPROVED EQUAL SPECIFICATIONS : The products in this solicitation are being bid as BRAND NAME OR APPROVED EQUAL. For items designated “Brand Name or Approved Equal” bidders offering alternate items must provide detailed written justification in their bid for each alternate item offered on how the item offered is equal to the item specified. Based on the written justification provided, the State will determine if the item offered is equal to the brand name item named and if to issue and “approved” determination for the item. The decision of the State in this regard shall be final.

AUTHORIZED DEALER STATEMENT: Bidders responding to this Invitation to Bid must be an authorized dealer or manufacturer of the products they are bidding. Bidders should submit a letter with their bid response certifying that they are the manufacturer or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. This certification must be on the manufacturer's letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer's representative.  The bidder will be required to provide said certification letter within five (5) business days, after notification, to the Ohio Department of Public Safety, if not submitted with the bid response. Failure to submit the certification letter within the stated time period will result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.
