Project Description: Milwaukee County (“County”) invites responses to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified, experienced from experienced developers interested in entering into a master lease with the County to develop business and general aviation land in the Northeast Quadrant (“NEQ”) of the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (“Airport”). Milwaukee County intends to award a master lease to the winning Respondent under this solicitation.
