Project Description: Milwaukee County (“County”) is requesting qualification statements from experienced developers interested in entering into a master lease with the County to develop business and general aviation land in the northeast portion of the Airport.
The County will use this Request for Qualifications to qualify up to five (5) firms for participation in a subsequent but separate Request for Proposals process to select the final developer.
