Summary

The project includes site work for a new four-stall prefabricated restroom at Mitchell Park to replace the existing two-stall restroom building onsite. Project includes demolition and disposal of existing two-stall restroom building, new concrete paving, installation and relocation of associated utility tie-ins for the new restroom, light pole removal, and replacement of existing concrete pathway section fronting the building. The prefabricated restroom building to be provided by others.
