Removal of existing single ply membrane. There will be repairs to the structural roof deck if any failed decking is observed. Installation of a new R30 tapered insulation system to improve drainage, this will include new curbs at roof edges. A new PVC 60 mil single ply membrane will be installed with new flashings and edge metal coordinated with the new insulation system. |
