The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is soliciting qualified contractors for RFP 45-121 , Missing Middle Housing Study Part 1 , to provide Missing Middle Housing Study and Pattern Book , to be received no later than Tuesday, February 11, 2025 , 2:00 pm EST.
The Prince George’s County Planning Department is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Missing Middle Housing Study and Pattern Book project for Prince George’s County, Maryland. The purpose of this study is to identify constraints and opportunities in the development of missing middle housing in areas of Prince George’s County and strategies to support it. This effort will be multi-phased. Part I will consist of the study, which will provide the background for the Pattern Book. Part II, the Pattern Book, will provide a foundation for planning, designing, and creating development strategies for missing middle housing implementation in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
