A notice of intent to sole source was posted on SAM.gov on May 6, 2025, with a response deadline of May 17, 2025. No responses were received.



The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to SkidCar System INC for a 2014 Ford F-150 Crew Cab 5 Foot Bed Pickup SkidCar Conversion Kit. This kit will be used for driver training in accordance with the Salient Characteristics.



Refer to Section L of the attached document for offer submission instructions.



Amendment 01:

The purpose of this amendment is to:



1. Correct the salient characteristics



2. Update the description of the requirement



3. Add a point of contact (POC) for inspection and acceptance



4. Add a POC for deliveries



5. Added Section L: Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters
