SCOPE OF SERVICE

It is the City's intent to enter into a one (1) year term contract for miscellaneous water inventory to be in effect for a one-year period commencing on or about April 1, 2025, and continuing for one (1) year thereafter. Deliveries will be made on ORDER RELEASES "as required" from the requesting departments/divisions.

It is the intent of the specifications to secure for the City of Kalamazoo the materials which will be most suitable for its type of operation and operating conditions.
