Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids to perform the following work, see Contract Documents for full details:
The Work consists of providing and installing 450 new 1-inch, 1-1/2-inch or 2-inch Reduced Pressure Principle Assembly (RPPA) backflow prevention assemblies on existing non-single family residential services that are currently unprotected or under-protected, throughout the Owner’s service area. The assemblies will be installed aboveground on a concrete pad with a metallic enclosure. The Work also includes the installation of all related fittings, connections, angle meter stops, curb stops and appurtenances necessary for successful installation of the backflow assemblies and may include the relocation of existing services, replacement of existing appurtenances, walls, fences, landscaping, concrete and/or asphalt.
