Miscellaneous Pest Control Continuing Services Contract

The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive Bids for a Comprehensive Pest Control Continuing Services Contract for City maintained properties for three years with the option for two additional one-year renewals not to exceed five years.   The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to interior and exterior pest control services for City maintained properties.  Vendor is responsible for providing all tools, machines, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to complete the work.

Please include “MISCELLANEOUS PEST CONTROL CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT – RFB No. 24-11-PW” in the subject line of the email.  Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFB No. 24-11-PW, MISCELLANEOUS PEST CONTROL CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter, no later than November 21, 2024, at 2:00pm CT, at which time they will be opened.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
