The City of Phoenix invites offers for Miscellaneous Building Repairs for a one-year term, with two (2) one year options, commencing on or about October 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
This service is needed to supplement internal City of Phoenix trades staff for building repairs and tenant improvements when there is an increase in demand, to enhance aesthetics, and to extend the useful life of City structures and properties.
