Kindly participate in an “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for a Mirion Technologies (PN# 24-EGMX-CP5) HPGe Detector with Components or its Equivalent as outlined in the attached RFQ Documents.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For Foreign items: Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the All-Inclusive price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product.
If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided.
