Mirasol Village Early Childhood Education Center Playground

The Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento is soliciting sealed bids for Invitation for Bid 2512-KPma to procure and install poured in place playground surfacing and prefabricated playground equipment at a newly built Early Childhood Education facility located at 475 Pipevine Street, Sacramento, CA 95818 . Possible subcontracting trades are Synthetic Products: C-61/D-12, Prefabricated Equipment: C-61/D-34 and Landscaping Contractor C-27. The estimated bonding range is $150,000 to $200,000 .

Interested licensed Class "B" General Building Contractors should plan to attend the Pre-Bid Conference(s) to be held at the location(s), date(s), and time(s) indicated in the Timeline. All contractors and potential subcontractors are urged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference(s) including the site inspection. Although attendance is not mandatory, contractors will be required to verify that they are aware of the existing site conditions.

Bids will be received via OpenGov ONLY until 2:00 pm on Monday, June 16, 2025 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom at 2:15 p.m.

Project location is a new early childhood education center facility at Mirasol Village community in Sacramento, CA. Facility building and site work not included in this bid scope is in place and substantially complete, and is scheduled to be occupied by tenant in August 2025.
