SECTION 00 11 16 - ADVERTISMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS

Sealed bids for the construction of Minot Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Cell 7, City Project No. 4241.1, for the City of Minot, North Dakota will be received by the Owner at the Office of the City Clerk at 515 2nd Avenue SW, Minot, ND 58701, until 11:00 AM (Local Time) on January 31, 2023, at which time the construction bids will be publicly opened and read.

The scope of work generally consists of the following:

Removals, Earthwork, Geosynthetics, HDPE Geomembrane, Aggregate Base Course, Sand Drainage Layer, Pipe, Culverts, Manhole, Surveying, Material Testing, Fencing, Erosion and Sediment Control, Seeding, and Other Related Items.

Bids will be on a unit price basis.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing an acceptable bidder’s bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid,
