The City of Dubuque is accepting bids for minor rehabilitation of a citizen-owned, single family home located at 2036 Lincoln Ave. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 onsite at 8:00 AM. Attendance at the walkthrough is not required to submit a bid. Bids are due on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 by 3:00 PM to the Housing and Community Development Department.
All bids over $25,000 are required to be submitted with a bid bond.
